Join Fosroc as a Sales Engineer!
As a leading company in the construction sector, Fosroc is looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer to manage sales for our allocated customer base in Qassim. This role will involve exceeding sales budgets and improving profit margins while ensuring full compliance with HSE standards set by the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct sales as outlined in the company’s business plan.
• Expand the customer base and identify new market opportunities.
• Produce detailed monthly performance reports and analyze market competition.
• Build and enhance relationships with customers through direct engagement.
• Work with Regional Managers to formulate and implement budgets and plans.
• Contribute to the company’s sales plan and review market expansion opportunities.
• Assist in implementing a Saudization plan by identifying and nurturing Saudi talents.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills and good technical knowledge.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in sales engineering is a plus.

Educational Requirements:
Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
