Role Summary:
As a Machine Operator in our production department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machines, ensuring that we meet our schedule and quality standards while adhering to GMP and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines.
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Record operational data and follow safety protocols.
• Support preventive maintenance and report issues.
• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate.
• 23 years of experience as a machine operator in a production environment.

KPIs:

• Product accuracy and quality.
• Defect and reject rate.
• Compliance with safety procedures.
