House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a prominent multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm operating across Saudi Arabia. The firm specializes in delivering integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services, providing comprehensive solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The Role: Building / Architectural Inspector

HCO is seeking an experienced Building Inspector / Architectural Inspector to join its project team. This full-time position is based in AlUla, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring the quality and compliance of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections of architectural and finishing works on site.
Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and established project standards.
Inspect various architectural finishes, including walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and façade installations.
Monitor contractor workmanship and assess overall construction quality.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, compile snag lists, and issue non-conformance reports as required.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and all relevant safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any inspection-related issues that arise.
Assist with various testing activities, final inspections, and project handover procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in building or architectural inspection. A strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in AlUla, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to conduct inspections and coordinate with project stakeholders.
