About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Cluster Sales Executive for a full-time position in Medina. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue. The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for delivering memorable experiences that enhance guest stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities across revenue streams.
• Grow customer accounts through building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Handle client enquiries and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
• Previous sales experience is required; hotel sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
