About Maharah Human Resources

Maharah Human Resources is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join its team. This full-time role is based in Medina, Al Madinah Province, and focuses on driving sales and fostering strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers to promote company services. This position requires a proactive approach to achieve sales targets through direct interaction and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through direct sales activities.
  • Present and promote company services effectively to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in direct sales or related sales roles.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
