The Opportunity: Junior Customer Service Representative

Re Lytics Hire is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective support across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and educate customers on product features and best practices.
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with team members through virtual platforms.

Required Qualifications
