The Quality Assurance Specialist Role

Qutuf Al Madina Dates Factory is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all stages of date processing, packaging, and storage. The specialist plays a key part in upholding the company's commitment to delivering high-quality organic dates to its diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality standards across all stages of date processing, packaging, and storage.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Investigate non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure consistent product quality for local and international customers.

Core Duties

• Inspect production lines to ensure adherence to established quality protocols.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products and processes.
• Review documentation related to quality control and assurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
