About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring construction works adhere to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient task completion and adherence to required standards.
Track project progress and ensure compliance with the established construction schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
Inspect construction materials and completed works to verify compliance with quality standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools, coordinating their availability as needed.
Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports, detailing completed activities, challenges, and delays.
Follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding site issues.
Maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and report construction progress and operational challenges to the project management team.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to supervise construction activities effectively.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence at project sites to oversee daily operations and ensure project execution.
