Elevate your career in the medical laboratory field with a role that demands precision and expertise. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will conduct high-quality tests and analyses, contributing to accurate diagnoses and patient care. Your commitment to quality and safety standards will be crucial in ensuring reliable results and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Working Hours: 8 hours daily, 6 working days per week, Shift system (morning/evening) based on operational needs.
Benefits:
Skills: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent, Classification by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Previous experience in laboratory settings (preferred), Ability to operate laboratory equipment and electronic systems, High accuracy and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory analyses (blood, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring its readiness
- Record results accurately in the system
- Follow safety protocols and infection control measures
- Ensure the quality of reagents and their suitability for testing
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide optimal patient care
