About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Tabuk. This full-time position involves providing advanced technical leadership and engineering expertise for large-scale, complex infrastructure and building projects. The role requires overseeing the design, review, and construction supervision of electrical systems to ensure compliance with international engineering codes, local standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the electrical engineering scope of work, including the design and review of power distribution, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and low-current systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
Conduct thorough technical reviews of engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and material submittals from contractors.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, mechanical, and project management) to ensure seamless system integration and resolve design conflicts.
Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and utility authorities to align project requirements and secure necessary approvals.
Oversee site inspections and technical audits to ensure construction activities align strictly with approved designs and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) / Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading electrical scopes on large-scale infrastructure and mega-projects.

Technical and Communication Skills

Deep expertise in power system analysis software (*, ETAP), AutoCAD, and Revit.
Comprehensive knowledge of international codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local Saudi regulations (SBC).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present technical solutions to clients and senior management.
Arabic language proficiency is considered a plus.

Personal Attributes

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent team coordination skills. Adaptability is essential for thriving on fast-paced, high-profile projects within the Tabuk region.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

إجراء عمليات تفتيش يومية للسلامة في الموقع لتحديد المخاطر بشكل استباقي، وتقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بها، وضمان التنفيذ الفوري للإجراءات التصحيحية.
مراقبة وضمان الامتثال الصارم لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بشركة بارسونز، ولوائح السلامة الخاصة بمشروع نيوم، وجميع قوانين البيئة والعمل السعودية المعمول بها.
تقديم برامج تعريفية أساسية في الموقع، وعقد اجتماعات توعية يومية حول السلامة، وجلسات تدريب شاملة على السلامة لجميع المقاولين وأفراد الموقع.
المشاركة الفعالة في التحقيق في الحوادث، والحوادث الوشيكة، والظروف غير الآمنة، والمساهمة في تطوير تقارير الإجراءات الوقائية الفعالة.
مراجعة تحليل سلامة العمل (JSAs) وبيانات الأساليب (Method Statements) للمقاولين بدقة للتأكد من دمج جميع احتياطات السلامة اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
الحفاظ على سجلات محدثة ودقيقة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وسجلات مفصلة للحوادث، ومقاييس الأداء الرئيسية لإعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية للإدارة العليا.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو السلامة الصناعية، أو العلوم البيئية، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة وثيقة.
خبرة مباشرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في العمل كمسؤول للصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
خبرة عملية ميدانية إلزامية في بيئة المشاريع الضخمة سريعة الوتيرة والمتطلبة، وتحديداً ضمن مشروع نيوم في منطقة تبوك.

المهارات المطلوبة

إتقان فهم وتطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، ولوائح السلامة الخاصة بمشروع نيوم، وقوانين البيئة والعمل السعودية.
خبرة في مراجعة تحليلات سلامة العمل (JSAs) وبيانات الأساليب (Method Statements).
معرفة قوية بمعايير السلامة في الإنشاءات، ومنهجيات تقييم المخاطر، وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
طلاقة ممتازة في الكتابة والتحدث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
مهارات تواصل استثنائية، وقدرات قوية على حل النزاعات، والحزم اللازم لفرض بروتوكولات السلامة بفعالية في موقع مشروع ضخم ذي أهمية عالية.
