Acwa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Tabuk. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient and accurate management of daily warehouse operations. The Supervisor will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, playing a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Core Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for a range of operational and leadership duties, including:

• Supervising and coordinating all daily warehouse operations.
• Leading, training, and motivating warehouse employees to achieve operational goals.
• Monitoring receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure efficiency.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Enforcing health, safety, and company policies rigorously.
• Scheduling staff and allocating work assignments to meet operational demands.
• Monitoring employee performance and providing coaching as needed.
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinating effectively with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Preparing operational reports and maintaining comprehensive warehouse documentation.
• Optimizing warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Warehouse Supervisor position should possess the following:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a significant portion in a supervisory role.
