GENERAL ROLE:
As a Barber at Miraval The Red Sea, your main role is delivering expert grooming services tailored to the needs of male guests in a refined and relaxing environment. This includes haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, scalp care, and grooming rituals that combine precision, luxury, and mindful guest care.

GENERAL ROLE:
As a Barber at Miraval The Red Sea, your main role is delivering expert grooming services tailored to the needs of male guests in a refined and relaxing environment. This includes haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, scalp care, and grooming rituals that combine precision, luxury, and mindful guest care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, lineups, and grooming services tailored to individual guest style and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on grooming techniques, products, and maintenance for hair, scalp, and facial hair.
- Deliver scalp massages, hot towel treatments, and other rituals enhancing the guest’s relaxation and wellness.
- Conduct thorough consultations to ensure clear understanding of guest expectations and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Maintain a calm, comfortable, and refined grooming environment reflecting the Miraval experience.
- Ensure tools, workstations, and grooming areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in line with industry standards and Miraval policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified and licensed Barber with formal training in men’s haircuts and shaving techniques.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury barbershop, spa, or grooming lounge.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in barbering and classic grooming techniques.
