Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall strategic management of the hotel, building effective relationships with senior colleagues.
- Direct Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Recreation departments.
- Participate in key management issues such as capital projects and training.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal conditions in all areas.
- Develop and implement a cost control plan to maximize operating profits.
- Analyze costs and prepare action plans for expenses.
- Manage direct reports and ensure effective teamwork.
- Conduct regular operations meetings and performance assessments.
What We Are Looking For:
We seek passionate individuals who strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and possess the following:
- Proven leadership skills and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant operations experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
