About the Role

Natco Middle-East, a specialized freight forwarding and logistics company with operations across the Gulf region, is expanding its back-office operations team. This full-time position is based in Bangalore and will support the company's growing freight corridor in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with hands-on experience in freight documentation and a strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all necessary freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions for shipments destined for Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to secure bookings, confirm space, and track shipments.
• Manage Saudi Customs documentation requirements, including entries for the SABER platform and the FASAH portal, ensuring import and export compliance.
• Liaise with Saudi Arabia customs brokers and destination agents to facilitate smooth clearance processes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records within the internal operations system and provide clients with timely status updates.
• Support the operations team by handling rate inquiries, coordinating routing, and managing shipment exceptions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in freight forwarding back-office operations or logistics operations.
• Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Saudi Arabia import/export regulations and customs documentation procedures.
• Familiarity with the SABER and FASAH platforms is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required; prior experience with freight management or ERP software is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills in English are essential. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple shipments concurrently.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position. The role supports operations in Saudi Arabia, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, and is based in Bangalore.
