About the Role

Life Quality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in brand management, specifically within the cosmetics and beauty care industry. The role focuses on developing brand strategies, managing marketing initiatives, strengthening brand positioning, and driving business growth.

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for building strong brand identities and developing effective marketing strategies. This includes managing brand performance and identifying opportunities to enhance market presence to achieve business objectives within the cosmetics and beauty care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Manage product portfolios, brand positioning, and product launches.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Evaluate brand performance, market opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager within the cosmetics and beauty care industry.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty care market, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product portfolios, brand positioning, and product launches.
• Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
