Role Overview

People Dynamics is seeking a Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Center to provide senior technical support within the Maintenance Control Centre. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and is central to ensuring the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft maintenance forecasting, including the preparation of work packages.
• Coordinate maintenance recommendations across all network stations.
• Oversee and coordinate all aircraft maintenance activities conducted through the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC).
• Ensure fleet airworthiness, operational reliability, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain on-time aircraft availability for operations.

Leadership and Operational Management

• Provide technical leadership within the Maintenance Control Centre.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance control operations.
• Coordinate effectively with various internal and external teams, including maintenance bases, flight operations, engineering, planning, and supply chain.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance control or a similar technical support function within the aviation industry. A proven track record in managing complex aircraft maintenance operations is essential.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The Chief Specialist will operate within a dynamic environment, collaborating with multiple departments to uphold the highest standards of aircraft maintenance and operational efficiency.
