About the Role

Jeddah Airports is seeking a Credit & Collections Management Senior Manager to oversee all aspects of credit assessment, invoicing, and collections processes. This role is crucial for ensuring financial stability, effective cash flow management, and adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements within the organization. The position is based in Jeddah and is a full-time employee role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive credit policies and procedures that align with financial objectives and industry standards.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of various entities engaging in financial transactions with Jeddah Airports.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing for all revenue-generating activities.
• Implement effective collections strategies to optimize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor incoming payments, reconcile with outstanding invoices, and manage collections for delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Contribute to budget formulation and monitor budget implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures.
• Lead and manage the collections team, including workforce planning and defining performance objectives for direct reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in credit and collections management.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, risk assessment methodologies, and effective collections strategies.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance to achieve organizational objectives.
