About the F&B Service Expert Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive food and beverage service, going beyond simply serving meals to contributing to a unique and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

As an F&B Service Expert, you will be instrumental in delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests have a positive dining experience. Your duties will encompass various aspects of service, from preparation to guest interaction and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Setting tables to prepare for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining the organization of supplies.
• Ensuring all guest transactions are handled smoothly and contribute to the overall experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires individuals to be physically active and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. The work environment may involve moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Key physical requirements include:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time.
• Reading and visually verifying information on menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
