The Role: Group Marketing Manager

Hadya Group is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the overall marketing strategy for the group’s real estate, hospitality, and facilities management portfolio, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Oversee both digital and offline marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Manage brand positioning for both existing and upcoming developments within the portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze customer and competitor insights.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, operations, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support revenue growth.
• Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Establish efficient marketing processes and ensure the timely delivery of all marketing activities and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple brands or business units.
• Strong capabilities in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with various digital marketing facets, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and analytics-based decision-making.
• Competence in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging for diverse projects.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, including setting KPIs, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration.
• Experience coordinating external partners such as creative agencies, media buyers, PR firms, and research vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid project management skills, encompassing budgeting, timeline management, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
