The Head of Recovery Role

Finecure is seeking a Head of Recovery to lead its operations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recovery operations and strategy, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to company standards. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recovery teams and establish performance targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to governance, compliance, and customer-centric standards.
• Design and optimize recovery workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage advanced analytics and technology platforms to enhance recovery processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategic improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve recovery rates and overall portfolio health.
• Collaborate with senior management, client relationship teams, and technology partners to align recovery initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Manage departmental budgets effectively.
• Continuously enhance operational excellence, transparency, and measurable outcomes across recovery operations.
