About the Role

Everhires is seeking a HORECA Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a results-driven individual with 0-1 years of experience, focused on developing and expanding sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering sector across KSA.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth, cultivate long-term client relationships, and increase market penetration for a diverse portfolio of FMCG food products. This includes snacks, protein bars, and various packaged food items within the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate pricing agreements and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on payments and maintain healthy collection records.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi food service market.
• Valid driving license is required.

Work Environment and Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
