About the Role

Saudi Bauer Foundations Company is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to shaping our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in human resources.

Role Purpose and Environment

As an HR Generalist, you will engage with various aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and performance management. This position contributes to the strategic direction of the company by impacting employee satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to attract talent aligned with company culture.
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and access to necessary training and resources.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and promoting a fair workplace.
• Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth and development.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through organizing team-building activities and wellness programs to enhance morale and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant programs that support employee skill enhancement and career progression.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related human resources role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
