About the Human Resources Generalist Saudization Role

Cummins Arabia is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support human resources activities within the organization. This role is responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes, partnering with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns. The position is full-time and located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. This includes:

• Compiling and analyzing human resources process metrics, recommending improvements based on results.
• Assisting in conflict resolution, providing coaching and counseling on employment matters, and conducting investigations.
• Participating in performance management activities and employee development planning.
• Providing staffing and recruiting support, and conducting workforce data analysis.
• Facilitating compensation processes and benefits administration in partnership with shared services and corporate HR, and developing workforce compensation recommendations.
• Assisting in the administration and adherence to HR policies and procedures, and advising on compliance with key legislative requirements.
• Coordinating training needs assessment and participating in training activities and special projects.
• Creating employment contracts as required by local law or practice.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of KSA labor law and government regulations.
• Experience in HR Data Management or HR Systems is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
