About the Role

Med Market Agency is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed to support our business development and sales teams by identifying high-potential companies, connecting with key decision-makers, and maintaining accurate lead records within our CRM system.

Role Focus and Objectives

This role is centered on online prospecting and digital outreach, with a primary objective of obtaining verified decision-maker contact information and transferring qualified leads to the sales team. It is important to note that this is not a call center or direct sales position; the focus is on strategic lead identification and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and business directories.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including Marketing Managers, Procurement Managers, PR Managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct initial outreach through digital channels such as LinkedIn, email, and website contact forms.
  • Obtain verified contact details for relevant individuals, including direct phone numbers, mobile numbers, and business email addresses.
  • Create, update, and maintain lead records in the company’s CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Accurately record all outreach activities, communication history, follow-up actions, lead status, and notes within the CRM.
  • Ensure data accuracy, prevent duplicate entries, and maintain a clean and organized lead database.
  • Follow up with unresponsive prospects in accordance with established company outreach processes.
  • Qualify potential leads and transfer them to the sales team with complete information and clear notes.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation, verified contacts, and qualified opportunities.
