The Role: Local Center Director

Berlitz Saudi Arabia is seeking a Local Center Director to lead the daily operations and overall performance of its branch in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the learning center.
Manage teams to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
Drive revenue generation for the branch.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement in execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven operator with proven experience in managing teams, driving revenue, and ensuring high customer service standards. A positive, passionate, and professional demeanor is essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong background in Education and Training, with experience in managing or coordinating learning programs.
Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Sales experience in language or professional skills training within Saudi Arabia.
