About the Role

Tetra Pak is seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Automation Technician to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant maintenance field.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Shift Automation Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. This role involves hands-on maintenance activities, adherence to maintenance schedules, and prompt response to equipment failures during their shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to production safety rules and follow established procedures and standards.
• Receive and organize spare parts, consumables, and supplies according to SOP and 5S standards.
• Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage MDM requests and update the equipment tree in SAP as required.
• Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with existing procedures, standards, and maintenance processes.
• Respond to onsite breakdowns promptly to minimize plant equipment and machine downtime.
• Contribute as a member of Maintenance Improvement teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Diploma in Engineering or Maintenance.
• 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance or Spare Parts.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with WCM skills for breakdown and anomaly analysis.
• Experience in identifying root causes and developing countermeasures for machine technical issues.
• Knowledge of production processes is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role operates within a shift-based work structure.
