About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP construction works to ensure project requirements and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Manager will be tasked with a range of duties to ensure the successful execution of MEP projects. This includes:

• Following up on MEP construction works and supervising site progress.
• Reviewing and approving technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP works and equipment, including Transformers, Generators, and Panels Synchronization.
• Acting as the Owner's representative for all MEP-related matters.
• Reviewing and monitoring the performance of Consultants and Contractors.
• Coordinating with Consultants and Contractors to resolve design, construction, and site-related issues.
• Ensuring MEP works align with approved plans and project milestones.
• Attending progress meetings, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.
• Reviewing and validating progress reports, technical reports, and inspection requests.
• Monitoring the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC.
• Identifying project risks, delays, and technical concerns, and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company requirements.
• Coordinating with Operations and Facility Management teams for operational readiness and smooth project handover.
• Monitoring project quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Reviewing variation orders, claims, and technical proposals related to MEP works.
• Supporting project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Preparing management reports, presentations, and project status updates.
• Performing any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma.
• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah.
