About the Manager, Instructor Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Manager, Instructor to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and contribute to our instructional programs and academy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to and maintenance of Academy accreditation requirements.
• Develop and manage curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, teaching materials, modules, recipes, and assessments for various programs, courses, and workshops.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, programs, and practical demonstrations.
• Provide specialized training support for Airport Lounges, Aviation Clients, and all other programs.
• Contribute to program development and delivery processes.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and reporting tasks.
• Support the Director with program logistics and budget planning/reconciliation as required.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver induction support and presentations as requested.
• Provide visitor tour support when needed.
• Assist with student interviews and support intakes, tours, and orientations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, hospitality room, and all classrooms.
• Communicate with and support guest lecturers and visitors to the Academy.
• Offer verbal and written translation support if applicable.
• Maintain a database of training participants, performance evaluations, tests, and achievements.
• Prepare training summary reports and program assessments.
• Support the planning and execution of Graduation Ceremonies, Academy Events, and activities.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
