About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Core Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting brand awareness both internally and externally. This role involves utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty. Key duties include identifying opportunities to upsell services and enhancements to improve the guest experience or event, and encouraging guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours. The executive will also explain the details and requirements for attending sales presentations and verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours for Marriott vacation club properties. Additionally, responsibilities include determining and providing complimentary gifts for guest patronage, answering guest inquiries about property facilities and services, and accurately receiving, recording, and relaying messages.

Professional Conduct and Guest Service

Adherence to all company policies and procedures is essential, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. The role requires welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation. Effective communication is key, speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also important aspects of this role. Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

This position may require the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods may also be necessary. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors are to be performed.
