Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in enhancing the brand image of Le Méridien both internally and externally. This position requires utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue while nurturing existing guest loyalty. The role also involves direct communication with potential clients to arrange sales presentations and tours, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote brand image awareness internally and externally.
• Employ sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential clients via telephone to schedule preview package sales and tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations.
• Verify client eligibility for preview package sales and tours.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist management in employee training, evaluation, and motivation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome and address guest needs according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform light physical tasks, such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
