PlaceUp is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with 2-5 years of experience in operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in team supervision, and the ability to analyze operational data to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
• Highly process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience preparing operational reports and analyzing KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.

Work Environment
