The Opportunity

The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the growth of strategic alliances with both commercial and non-profit organizations. This position focuses on building long-term relationships, identifying collaboration opportunities, and ensuring that partnerships deliver measurable value for all parties involved. The ideal candidate will support the team in expanding our network and fostering productive collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop partnership opportunities with commercial entities, non-profit organizations, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective partners to support long-term collaboration.
• Lead partnership discussions, coordinate meetings, and manage communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Prepare partnership proposals, concept notes, memoranda of understanding, and other collaboration agreements.
• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, priorities, and mutual value creation.
• Manage the implementation of partnership activities and follow up on agreed deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
• Support joint campaigns, initiatives, events, and projects with partners across commercial and non-profit sectors.
• Monitor partnership performance, assess outcomes, and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of partners, opportunities, agreements, and ongoing activities.
