About Gathern and the Role

Gathern is seeking a Partnerships Lead to join its team in a full-time capacity. This role is central to supporting the delivery of Gathern's partnership and sponsorship strategy, focusing on managing projects, coordinating internal stakeholders, and executing initiatives that generate measurable business value for the company.

Purpose of the Partnerships Lead

The Partnerships Lead plays a critical role in identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic alliances. This position ensures that partnership efforts are aligned with Gathern's business objectives and marketing campaigns, contributing directly to the company's growth and market presence through effective collaboration and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional partnership projects effectively.
Develop and execute partnership initiatives that are aligned with Gathern's business objectives.
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to expand Gathern's network.
Negotiate partnership agreements and provide support for contract execution.
Oversee the planning and execution of partnership activation plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
Ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and business priorities.
Measure partnership performance and prepare comprehensive impact reports.
Manage partnership budgets and monitor the return on investment for all initiatives.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and brand standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Partnerships Lead position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience includes supporting partnership negotiations and contract execution, as well as delivering partnership activations and managing partner relationships. Experience in tracking partnership performance and preparing reports is also preferred for this role.
