The Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

Idaratech Platform is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suited for a data-driven and results-oriented individual with 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing, contributing to the company's growth through effective campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve defined performance goals.
Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling and high-performing advertising creatives.
Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices within performance marketing and the broader digital landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in a performance marketing role or a similar digital marketing position, with 0-1 years of professional experience.
Experience within the B2B or SaaS technology sector is considered a significant advantage.
