About the Production Manager Role

Innovative Concepts is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations at its Central Production Facility in Jeddah. This full-time role requires a professional dedicated to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food production that aligns with business objectives. The salary range for this position is SAR 15,000 to SAR 18,750.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of end-to-end production operations to achieve set targets.
• Develop and execute production schedules based on business demand.
• Ensure strict adherence to SFDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and all food safety standards.
• Lead and develop production teams, focusing on performance improvement.
• Monitor productivity, yield, waste reduction, and cost efficiency metrics.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and traceability standards.
• Oversee inventory management, production planning, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or central kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production teams and facility operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SFDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, and cost management.

Work Environment
