About the Role
NourNet is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join its team in the Makkah Region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on acquiring new business accounts and expanding NourNet's customer base by representing its comprehensive portfolio of ICT, cloud, connectivity, and managed services solutions. The role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong ability to identify and engage potential clients who have not previously conducted business with NourNet.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through various methods. This includes identifying and developing opportunities via cold calling, site visits, networking, lead generation, and customer meetings. The role also involves responding to inbound sales inquiries in coordination with the Customer Contact Center and building strong relationships with verified leads and prospective customers.
Sales Execution and Client Engagement
Successful execution of sales plans is critical. This involves understanding customer needs to prepare tailored proposals that address their specific business challenges. The Sales Account Manager will deliver presentations, demonstrations, and value-driven pitches to facilitate deal closure. Responsibilities also include preparing quotations and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and related documentation. Ensuring a high-quality customer experience during the initial year of engagement, including follow-up after service activation and internal escalation of issues, is also a key aspect of the role. Coordination with the Billing department for invoicing and collections is required.
Internal Coordination and Professional Development
Maintaining accurate records and reporting is essential. This includes updating daily tasks, monitoring open work orders, and generating precise sales reports. Continuous enhancement of knowledge regarding NourNet’s products, solutions, and emerging technologies is expected. The Sales Account Manager will also perform additional duties as assigned by their direct supervisor.
Performance Metrics
Performance will be evaluated based on several key indicators, including:
- Number of new customers acquired
- Average sales per new customer
- Prospect-to-sales conversion rate
- Revenue contribution from new customers
- Customer satisfaction
- Number of customer complaints (non-technical)
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a sales capacity.
- Telecommunications-related certifications are considered an advantage.
- Must be a Saudi Citizen.
