About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a Sales Acquisition Lead to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to expanding our customer base and increasing order volume by developing and implementing effective sales acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will bring 2-5 years of relevant experience to this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and increase order volume.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, restaurants, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Set the go-to-market strategy for the acquisition team and ensure full adoption of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding efficiency and reduce vendor churn.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly productivity metrics per headcount and improve Vendor Offering Score/KP per MAU.
  • Address and resolve potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Set clear goals for specialists and evaluate store and individual performance.
  • Contribute to product releasing and coach team members for awareness.
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the function.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow.
  • Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales or acquisition role.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment.

Required Skills

  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.
