About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Sanitary Heating & Gas Installations Technician based in Jeddah, within the Mecca Al-Mukarramah region. The role involves performing technical duties related to installations and maintenance of sanitary, heating, and gas systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive lists of necessary parts, materials, and equipment for sanitary, central heating, and gas network installations.
• Oversee and follow up on the progress and implementation of installation works.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical equipment and coordinate their repair.
• Monitor the execution of preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
• Ensure adherence to all established Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed lists of materials and equipment.
• Experience in following up on installation and piping works.
• Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical equipment failures and coordinating repairs.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
