About the Role

Richemont is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience, with salary details not disclosed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving them, referring complex issues to others, and ensuring customers receive an appropriate response.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
  • Utilize standard materials to make presentations to customers.
  • Ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and identify areas requiring further information or explanation.
  • Identify potential customers through existing customer referrals, recommendations, and participation in trade shows and conferences.
  • Identify products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs.
  • Use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations.
  • Explain product selections to customers.
  • Invite customers to make a purchase at the standard price and terms and conditions of sale.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact to create a call plan and ensure quality data for customer retention and business development.
  • Assist with the development of internal communications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.

Professional Development and Compliance

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure work adheres to standards.
  • Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.
  • Respond to personal objectives and utilize performance management systems to improve personal performance.
  • Monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • Contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Develop personal capabilities through assessment and development planning, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
  • Gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience in a client-facing role. A proactive approach to customer engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
