About the Client Advisor Role

Richemont is seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role focuses on delivering a personalized premium client experience through expertise and building long-term relationships.

Core Responsibilities

The Client Advisor will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, consistently aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines. A key aspect of the role is acting as a Maison ambassador and contributing to daily boutique operations.

Key Duties and Activities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store client experience by creating a welcoming environment, maintaining high service standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with boutique and local management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools and identifying further opportunities.
  • Master the key stages of the sales process, including engaging customers, understanding their needs through effective questioning, and facilitating sales to encourage repeat visits.
  • Handle negotiations and client objections with professionalism.
  • Provide after-sales support in alignment with Maison values.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource, offering recommendations to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry news and competitor activities.
  • Communicate the Maison's values, history, and codes with passion, sharing stories that resonate with clients.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces and collections, including construction, materials, care, and design, to highlight the Maison's distinctiveness.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Maison collections to promote their uniqueness, adapting the approach to individual customers.
  • Adhere to all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
  • Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Support merchandising efforts and maintain displays and back-stock areas.
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure accuracy for audits.
  • Assist with special projects as required, such as price changes or back-office support.

Experience and Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. A foundational understanding of client service and sales principles is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in a Richemont boutique in Jeddah. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and operational tasks within a retail setting.
