About the Role

Smart Creativity is seeking a skilled Showroom Sales Account Manager with expertise in IT and Security solutions to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires an individual capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions for clients. The role serves as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, contractors, and developers visiting the showroom.

Key Areas of Focus

The role involves managing sales and client relations across a range of IT and security solutions, including:

• Surveillance Systems: IP and Analog CCTV Cameras, Advanced Access Control Systems.
• Networking and Communication Solutions: Network Infrastructure, Routing and Switching Devices, Wireless Networking Solutions.
• Communication Systems: VoIP Systems, IP-PBX Systems, Unified Communications Solutions.
• Smart Systems: Home and Office Automation Systems, IoT Integration.

Responsibilities

The Showroom Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting consultative sales by evaluating technical product demonstrations and assisting clients in identifying suitable solutions.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial client inquiry through coordination with the technical team for site inspections, to closing deals.
• Building and developing a strong client base across both B2B and B2C sectors, including small to medium enterprises and real estate developers.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT sector trends to provide professional consulting on network and security system standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in IT sales, with a preference for experience in the Jeddah market and western region.
• Strong knowledge of Low Current Systems and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our showroom in Jeddah. The role involves direct client interaction and requires a professional approach to sales and client management.
