Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is proficient in data analysis, strategic campaign execution, and optimizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering quantifiable results and possess a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, particularly within an e-commerce context.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms.
• Strategically allocate and optimize significant advertising budgets to achieve specific ROAS targets.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics, clearly demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing substantial budgets on diverse ad platforms.
• Familiarity with the dynamics and nuances of the Saudi market.
• Ability to substantiate work and decisions with clear, quantifiable performance metrics.
