Join our dynamic team at Pareto People as a Social Media Content Creator! You will play a vital role in crafting engaging content that captivates our audience across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create short-form, high-impact content optimized for social media ( Stories, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
  • Shoot and edit video content tailored for mobile audiences.
  • Adapt content to adhere to platform best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to execute campaigns.
  • Capture real-time content during events.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience in social media content creation with a portfolio.
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms.
  • Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Understanding of content performance metrics.

وصف الدور والمسؤوليات
• إنشاء وإدارة محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Instagram، X، TikTok، Snapchat، LinkedIn).
• تصوير وإنتاج فيديوهات وصور جذابة تعكس أجواء المكان والخدمات بأسلوب احترافي.
• تصميم وتحرير الصور والفيديوهات القصيرة بما يتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية.
• التخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية الرقمية وإدارة تقويم المحتوى.
• كتابة محتوى إبداعي يعكس تجربة العلامة وأسلوبها الفاخر.
• تحليل أداء المحتوى والحملات وتحسين النتائج بناءً على مؤشرات الأداء.
• متابعة الترندات الرقمية وتطبيقها بطريقة مناسبة للعلامة.
