Join Talent Blueprint FZ LLC as a Transportation Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized Transportation Specialist to manage and coordinate transport operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based contract role requiring strong logistics planning, real-time coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation operations for personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Develop transport schedules, routing plans, and deployment strategies.
• Coordinate with fleet providers, drivers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, movement tracking, and operational efficiency.
• Manage transport requests, dispatching, and contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and project protocols.
• Handle on-ground issues, delays, and last-minute operational changes.
• Prepare reports on transport performance and resource usage.

Requirements:

• Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in transportation, fleet operations, or logistics coordination.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Experience managing drivers, vehicles, and dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with tracking systems, scheduling tools, or transport management systems is an advantage.
• GCC/Saudi experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 1–3 months (short-term) or up to 12 months.
• Location: Jeddah or Riyadh.
• Full-time, site-based.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
