Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze complex financial business requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessments.
• Collaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams for successful solution delivery.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives within financial services.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Provide data analysis and reporting insights for decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products and core banking systems.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with digital banking or payment systems.
