Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing leads into sales through consultative phone-based selling.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls for new business opportunities and relationship building.
- Achieve individual revenue targets through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide short-term sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with field sales teams for effective lead handoffs and account coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Proficient in phone-based communication and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and performance standards.
