Introduction: We are seeking a highly motivated Landscape Maintenance Engineer to manage multiple softscape maintenance projects across Jeddah. As part of Initial Facilities Management, you will ensure operational excellence, contractual compliance, and cost efficiency in our services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various softscape maintenance projects of varying sizes.
• Lead and supervise maintenance supervisors and team members to ensure performance improvement and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor plant health, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation performance.
• Ensure effective water management and irrigation efficiency.
• Control manpower deployment and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor project costs, consumables, and operational budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality procedures.
• Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and weekly updates as needed.
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement corrective actions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in landscape maintenance projects, preferably with experience in the Saudi market. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and plant management is essential.
