About the Role

Almarai is seeking a highly organized and proactive Hatchery Planner to support daily hatchery operations and production planning activities. This full-time position is based in Hail and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining production performance, and monitoring key operational metrics.

Role Purpose

The Hatchery Planner plays a key role in optimizing hatchery processes. This involves ensuring compliance with biosecurity and quality standards, coordinating essential resources, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and chick quality within the hatchery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily hatchery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and monitor production plans in line with business requirements and production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maintain readiness and efficiency.
• Monitor hatchery performance, production results, hatchability, chick quality, and key operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with hatchery operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce biosecurity requirements to maintain high standards of flock health and operational safety.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and chick quality.
• Collaborate closely with hatchery management and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate complex operational activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
