About the Role

BotMind Technologies, an AI and automation software company with offices in Riyadh, Dubai, and Beirut, is seeking an AI Engineer. The company specializes in building enterprise-grade AI solutions for the insurance sector, utilizing state-of-the-art large language models and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance productivity and customer support for insurers. This full-time role focuses on developing the components that connect enterprise knowledge to the AI Assistant Platform.

Role Context

The AI Engineer will be responsible for building the infrastructure that integrates enterprise knowledge bases into BotMind's AI Assistant Platform. This involves creating document pipelines, developing features, and ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities with company-specific knowledge. The role is suited for an engineer who is adept at transforming complex enterprise data into functional AI features.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrating enterprise knowledge bases into the AI platform.
• Developing and managing document processing pipelines.
• Conducting testing and validation of AI features.
• Supporting front-end and back-end integration efforts.
• Developing new platform features to enhance AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong capabilities in data processing.

Work Environment and Offerings

This is a full-time position. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a core enterprise AI product from its initial stages.
