About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a dedicated Branch Supervisor E-Commerce Operations to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to optimizing e-commerce fulfillment within our retail branches, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of the Branch Supervisor E-Commerce Operations is to lead and develop the branch team to ensure the efficient execution of picking and delivery processes. This role focuses on optimizing the customer journey to achieve the best possible outcomes for our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor duty schedules, including timing and personal hygiene standards for the team.
• Optimize the utilization of pickers, administrators, and drivers, adhering to pick-rate targets and ensuring on-time handover and delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with the store operations team to manage replenishment and ensure product availability for e-commerce orders.
• Train the team to ensure consistent adherence to established operational procedures and best practices.
• Ensure the consistent achievement of daily operational targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Verify the availability of essential assets and consumables, such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
• Communicate daily operational updates and needs clearly to the area operations lead.
• Liaise with the service desk to address and resolve any escalations that may disrupt e-commerce operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or a similar supervisory capacity within a retail environment. A proven track record in team development and operational efficiency is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic retail environment, overseeing e-commerce operations across designated branches to ensure optimal performance.
